About the event

Chicago Fit 4 Life have put together a fun family event for everyone all ages. Sponsored by The Blue Cross Blue Shield. Set your new year’s resolution and allow us to jump start your goals with The No Excuse Bootcamp/$1,000 Weight Loss Challenge. Great clean music and exercises for everyone no matter your age or fitness level. Class is free, the time is after church, and you will exercise with an all star group of instructors.

$1,000 Weight Loss Challenge

  • The weight loss contest is 8 weeks!
  • W. virtual workouts
  • Sunday will be a Mindfulness check in 7pm (You can ask all your weight loss questions and discuss how you've been doing with your weight loss journey)You will be able to talk to Nutritionist and People who have loss weight
  • Free Weight Loss Manual
  • Final Weigh-In Alsip Double Tree 1pm-2pm
  • 2 Winners 1 Male and 1 Female $1,000
  • Winner is Highest % of total Body Weight Loss (i.e. if you are 200lbs and you lose 20lbs you lost 10% of your total body weight)

We have literally taken away any and every excuse you can have to working out.

No Excuse Bootcamp is a high energy aerobic style workout class that infuses dance, cardio, and kickboxing. This class can be utilized to jump start or continue anyone’s workout program.

Objectives of Bootcamp: • Promoting healthy lifestyle and fitness within Chicago land area • Provide locals the opportunity to join a revolutionary fitness movement • Create community connections that encourage healthy lifestyles amongst communities who suffer disproportionately higher health related diseases (i.e. type 2 diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, breast cancer, etc….)
