Siddiqu Muhammad

Siddiqu is an ACE (American Council of Exercise), NFPT (National Federation of Personal Training) Certified Personal Trainer, IHSA certified coach, as well as a Boxing Fitness Trainer. Siddiqu is a regular guest on Power 92.3's morning show, WVON Morning show, and Fox's Raw TV. A contributer to allhiphop.com, Muslim Journal, & diet.com. Siddiqu's clientele ranges from professional athletes to CEO's. Siddiqu specializes in weight loss and body toning. His educational background includes a B.A. in Marketing from DePaul University and he is currently pursuing an MBA/MS from Loyola University Chicago. His athletic background is Junior Olympic gold medalist, Captain of DePaul's Track Team, Sears Tower Climb Participant, and Sprint Triathlete. Siddiqu's personal quote, 'It may sound cheesy, but I really care!'

Shaunta McField

The Director of Public Relations with Chicago Fit 4 Life, she received her B.A. from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Shaunta serves as a liaison between community organizations and media outlets for CF4L. Her most recents events have been "Black Women Lawyers" TV show and Allhiphop.com article submissions. Shaunta assisted Siddiqu with a motivational event at Austin Business Academy on Chicago's West Side. "There is no such thing as impossibility."


Kwaku Attoh

A graduate from DePaul University with a Bachelor of Science degree in physical education, Kwaku was raised in Ithaca, NY where his passion for exercise began in 10th grade when he started to excell in track and field. In college his knowledge was expanded through his course work in physical education and experience as a division one track and field athlete at DePaul University. His focus for exercise peaked when he began training with "the personal trainer" in the summer of 2007. He then began to train multiple clients to reach thier goals, ranging from college students to middle-aged people. Some of his specialties include abdominal toning to full body circuits. Kwaku currently is a track coach at Northside College Prep. His favorite quote for his clients is, "Perfect practice makes perfect."

Halimah Muhammad

Dance Instructor/ Cheerleading Coach. Halimah Muhammad is an Alumni of Howard University. She major in majoring in Television Production. At Howard she was a member of the Howard University Cheerleading team and a dancer for the Chicago People’s Union dance squad. Halimah is currently a dancer for Chicago Mustangs dance team. Halimah enjoys dance aerobics and Yoga. Halimah specializes in weight loss and body toning. Halimah believes working out is a stress reliever. Halimah considers dance as a way to express yourself without words. Halimah’s personal quote "The better you feel, the better you will look."

Solomon Israel

Solomon has been spearheading most of the marketing ideas that have come through Chicago Fit 4 Life, such as the clothing line and mixtape trailer. Most of his work has been behind the scenes but with CF4L's product line expanding to short films, music, health fairs etc., Mr. Israel has decided to take a more active approach in this Fitness Company. Working side by side with "The Personal Trainer" on brand management. Solomon says, "If you burn the ships, then you can't retreat."

De'Angela

De'Angela has a B.A. from DePaul University in history and is a NESTA certified personal trainer. In high school, De'Angela was an athlete participating in Springfield High School's basketball, softball, and cross country teams. Since then, she has remained active and enjoys helping others lose weight and make healthy lifestyle changes. She is also passionate about helping clients reach and maintain their personal goals.
